Auckland Botanic Gardens

Roses, natives, an edible garden, a lake and a rotating sculpture trail on wide level paths, which makes it one of the genuinely easy places in Auckland to push a buggy or a wheelchair. The Children's Garden has flower mazes, water features and sandpits, and suits about two to twelve. Eels in the lake, and it costs nothing.
