Bledisloe Park

A wooded park with walking tracks and a playground, backing onto the Pukekohe Hill road. The bush gives real shade, which is worth a great deal down here in summer. Pūkeko pick about at the grass edges, generally ignoring everyone, and the stream keeps children busy longer than the playground does.
