Eastern Beach

A deep sheltered bay with an enormous grass reserve, a swimming enclosure and a solid line of pōhutukawa giving real shade all afternoon. That shade is the difference in February. There's room to bring the whole extended family and still find a spot, which isn't something you can say about many beaches this close in.
