Mount Richmond Domain (Ōtāhuhu)
A low volcanic cone with wide open grass, a walking loop and views to both harbours.
A modest cone and the grassland around it, between Ōtāhuhu and Māngere, well used by dogs and easy underfoot. The climb is gentle enough for almost anyone. From the top you can see the Waitematā and the Manukau at the same time, which is the local party trick and it doesn't get old.
